Capture the festivities and joyful charm of the 30th Annual Victorian Stroll for the 2012 Photo Contest. This contest is open to amateur photographers only. Photos must be of the 2012 Victorian Stroll and submitted by Tuesday, December 4 at 5 p.m. Contestants can upload their photo entries here at a site hosted by The Record. Voting takes place from Tuesday, December4 at 5 p.m. to Tuesday, December 11 at 5 p.m. Click here to vote. The chosen “Fan Favorite” will be awarded a "Troy Evening Out" package including Troy Music Hall tickets and a $50 gift certificate to a Troy restaurant. The winning submission and contestant will be posted on the Chamber’s website. All entries become property of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce to be used for marketing materials and collateral. Please see official rules and release/terms of use below. Release/Terms of Use: I hereby grant to Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce (RCRCC) a royalty-free, perpetual license to use the photographic images submitted herewith (the "Work") for any purpose whatsoever. Uses may include, but are not limited to, promotion of RCRCC and their projects (including the Victorian Stroll) in any way, including on the web, and in print publications, as distributed to the media. RCRCC reserves the right to use/not use any Work as deemed appropriate by RCRCC in their sole discretion. No Work will be returned once submitted. I understand that by submitting this photograph, I hereby acknowledge that RCRCC shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for protecting my work against third party infringement of my copyright interest or other intellectual property rights or other rights I may hold in such Work, and in no way shall be responsible for any losses I may suffer as a result of any such infringement; and I hereby represent and warrant that my Work does not infringe the rights of any other individual or entity.
